PresentMind Psychiatry office is located in Katy, however Dr. Rizvi also provides tele-psychiatry services.

She personally manages her practice and offers services in English, Urdu/Hindi. She provides psychiatric medication management, therapy for individuals, couples, families, as well as consultations.

Dr. Rizvi is available both in-person and online.
